Spacic played 6 times for the Serbia national football team.He made his UEFA competition club debut in 10/08/95: FK Obilic 0 - 1 Dinamo Batumi - European Cup Winners' Cup (Preliminary round ).He also played twice in the UEFA Champions League with PAOK F.C.
